  1. MY EVENING AT THE LIDO:

    WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE SHOW?

    We recommend that you arrive between 7pm and 7:30pm to fully enjoy your evening. The show starts at 8pm. The show lasts approximately 2 ½ hours with an intermission. We would like to inform our guests that the theatre hall doors close as soon as the curtain rises. Therefore, we cannot guarantee latecomers will be seated in their initially reserved area.

     

    HOW WILL I BE SEATED?

    You are seated according to your chosen seating category. We remind you that your tickets are booked at a chosen table. You are free to sit in any chair or booth around your chosen table. CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR FILM THE SHOW? You cannot film or take photos during the entire performance to avoid disturbing the performers on stage and to preserve the quality of the experience for the other spectators.

  2. DRESS CODE & CLOAKROOM:

    WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

    Proper attire is required.

    DO I HAVE TO PLACE ITEMS IN THE CLOAKROOM?

    Yes, the cloakroom is mandatory for umbrellas, bulky items and motorbike helmets. It is highly recommended for coats. The cloakroom is free for all our guests. We do not accept kick scooters. Only hand luggage is accepted.

    HOW DO I GET TO THE LIDO BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

    You can travel by:

    • Métro ligne 1 : George V (last metro on weekdays around 00:30am, on weekends around 1:30am)
    • RER A : Charles de Gaulle-Etoile
    • Bus : 42 ; 73 ; 83 ; 93 stop at Champs-Élysées Clemenceau

    DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK OR A VALET PARKING SERVICE?

    The George V car park opposite 64 avenue des Champs-Élysées 75008 Paris is open 24/7. We offer valet parking to guests who have chosen the VIP GOLD "Carré Or" category.

  4. BOOKING & PAYMENT:

    CAN I BUY GIFT VOUCHERS FOR LIDO2 PARIS?

    We do not offer this service.

    HOW CAN I BOOK FOR THE NEW SHOW?

    You can book and pay for your tickets directly on this website or by telephone on +33 (0) 1 53 33 45 50.

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED AT LIDO2 PARIS?

    You can pay by cash, credit card, bank transfer and Amex.

  5. OTHER QUESTIONS:

    ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

    Our new production CABARET is not suitable for young children and we advise not to attend the show before the age of 14.

    CAN I SMOKE AT THE LIDO2 PARIS?

    Since 2006, smoking in public places is prohibited in France. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed.

    DO YOU ACCEPT ANIMALS?

    All animals are strictly forbidden at Lido2 Paris. Only guide dogs for our visually impaired guests are permitted in the theatre

    IS DINNER SERVED DURING THE 8PM SHOW?

    We no longer offer a dinner and show service, but light refreshments will be available at the bar at the beginning of the show and during the interval.

    WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE AT LIDO2 PARIS?

    Since 17 November 2015, the Lido has a specific security system in place, in coordination with the public authorities. Security has been reinforced and the number of police officers tripled on the Champs-Élysées.

    At the Lido, the number of security guards has also been increased. A systematic bag check has been introduced and jackets and coats are required to be opened at the entrance.

    Large bags over 16 litres in volume are no longer accepted on the premises, including in the cloakroom. Only small backpacks, handbags and computer bags are accepted.

    WHY DID THE LIDO CLOSE?

    The Lido has not closed, it has been transformed and reinvented as the Lido2! A new, creative show schedule will be offered and changed twice a year in the newly remodelled theatre.
